Cancellation & Replacement Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind. We only offer a free replacement if the product delivered to you is damaged, broken, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
How to claim a replacement:
  1. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and contact us immediately on the same day.
  2. Email us at dhoorstore@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. You must provide a clear unboxing video or photo showing the damage or wrong item.
Once verified, our team will evaluate the issue and dispatch a brand-new replacement product to you immediately at no extra cost. You do not need to send the damaged item back to us.
